We started considering a hot tub about three years ago. To say we did our
research is an understatement. We went to the state fair two years ago and
spent all day going through the various hot tub displays, and as we walked
away we were very overwhelmed. The general consensus we both walked away
with that day was they all had the best hot tub in the industry and not one
business could guarantee after sale service, which was the top priority for
us.
...Then we came across M&B spas and although it took some time for us to decide on a tub, they were very patient with us through the whole process. We are now enjoying our Artesian hot tub almost every evening. Definitely a great way to unwind after a long day.
And back to the after sale service, M&B spas have been amazing. Paul was very helpful during delivery and set up. Wanda is very knowledgeable with all the spa controls and chemicals. With it being our first hot tub it has been very comforting knowing that her knowledge is just an email or a phone call away.
